Very underwhelmed with customer service. Sent 3 emails and NONE have yet to be responded to weeks later. The fan box, a gift for Fathers Day, came covered in a sticky greasy mess (from the distribution facility when pulled, as the outer mailing box was fine) The additional charger came much later and I was unable to use the online tracker as it was having “errors”. While the actual purchased products were as described, it is doubtful I would purchase or recommend the company, as the customer service end of the business doesn’t deserve even 1-star rating. I’d be afraid that if there were a damaged/broken product I’d be stuck with it.
