I just opened my fan yesterday to charge for vacation camping, it charged overnight and works while plugged in but will not work when not plugged in where can I get this replaced! Very disappointing that I will not have for my vacation and will need to go buy another one after wasting $60 on this product I never got to use
I purchased the fan from Amazon and it is still under the 1yr warranty. I only use it while camping in my RV, so it hasn't been used too much and it was never dropped. The fan blades on the inside of the cover separated from the battery unit. The wires that were connected to the battery unit severed and resulted in the fan no longer working. I really liked the fan, and wanted it replaced, so I emailed the company at [****]. This is the only communication listed on the box and the manual inside the box. There is no phone #. I haven't had a reply yet. Please help me with this replacement.
Love the fan. Really moves air, however the rubber grippers inside the clip will not stay in place. The fan will stay in place on the arm of the golf cart until the first bump. Then it falls off.
